These terms apply when you use the Moulyax website or place an order with us. Please read them before you order — by using the site, you agree to them.

1. About us

The Moulyax website and store are run by [legal entity name], [registered address], GSTIN [GSTIN] ("Moulyax", "we", "us"). "You" means anyone who visits the website or places an order.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you're buying for a child, you're responsible for choosing a product suitable for their age.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password we send on WhatsApp. Use a number you own, and keep your phone and WhatsApp secure.
• Never share your sign-in code. We will never ask you for it.
• You're responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Keep your name and contact details accurate so we can reach you about your order.

4. Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but photos are illustrative and packaging may vary.
• Age guidance and safety warnings come from the manufacturer. Please read them and supervise young children.
• Stock shown online is shared with our store and can change quickly. An item in your cart is not reserved until your order is placed.
• If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund anything you've paid.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it on screen and on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, payment fails or we suspect misuse — and we'll refund any amount you paid in full.

6. Payment

• Pay online with UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. We don't store your card or bank details.
• Pay at Store when you collect. We hold these orders for [hold period]; if they aren't collected and paid for in that time, they are cancelled automatically.

We issue a GST invoice for every completed purchase.

7. Collecting your order

Online orders are for pickup from our store; we don't deliver. We'll send you a WhatsApp message when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and the phone you ordered from. Pickup times, hold periods and what happens to uncollected orders are set out in our Pickup Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

How to cancel an order, what can be returned or exchanged and how refunds are paid are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• place orders for resale or in bulk without our agreement;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems;
• scrape, copy or reuse our content, prices or product data by automated means.

10. Our content

The Moulyax name, logo, website design, text and our own photographs belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brands belong to their owners. You may view and share our pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

We sell products as supplied by their manufacturers. Product warranties, where offered, are the manufacturer's, and we'll help you claim them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using our website, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs this causes us.

13. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, abuse offers or harm other customers or our staff. Orders already paid for will be fulfilled or refunded.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be settled by talking to us, it will be handled by the courts at [city].
